   In connection with the amendment to the Code of Commercial Companies, the provisions of Art. 5 § 5 impose on the Companies the requirement to run a website intended at least for communication with shareholders - "Spółka Akcyjna and spółka komandytowo-akcyjna run their own websites and also place them on these websites, in places designated for communication with shareholders, required by law or their announcement statutes from companies. "

 

     In the "For Shareholders" tab, we will publish information on an ongoing basis regarding any entries in the National Court Register, changes in the share capital, announcements related to transformations, announcements on the convening of the general meeting of shareholders, calls to submit shares by shareholders in connection with dematerialisation, notifications of the intention to deprive of the shareholder's share rights, information about the shareholder's deprivation of his share rights and other information required by law.
